Neurodivergent-Affirming Counseling in Spokane and Throughout Washington
THE SUPPORTS
Autism + ADHD
Support built around how you experience the world—not around changing who you are.
Play Therapy
A developmentally appropriate space where children can communicate, process experiences, and grow through play.
Identity, relationships, and belonging
Therapy for people exploring authenticity, family roles, self-understanding, and meaningful connection.
I provide counseling in Spokane for children, adolescents, adults, parents, caregivers, and families. In-person sessions are available from my office in the Jefferson Medical Building, and telehealth is available for clients throughout Washington.
People begin counseling in Spokane for many reasons. Some arrive with a clear concern or established diagnosis. Others arrive with questions, a growing sense that something does not fit, or the exhaustion of trying to manage everything alone. A formal autism or ADHD diagnosis is not required to begin.
You are welcome to explore my services, review answers to frequently asked questions, or request a free consultation to discuss what you are looking for and whether working together may be a good fit.
THE PRACTICE
You bring expertise about your life. I bring curiosity, clinical experience, and a commitment to creating a space where you do not have to perform, mask, or prove that your experiences matter.
Together, we identify what feels overwhelming, what no longer fits, and what would help life feel more sustainable, connected, and authentic.
Therapy is personalized around your needs, strengths, relationships, experiences, and what matters most to you.
Finding counseling in Spokane should not require you to become easier to understand, more convenient for other people, or better at hiding the parts of yourself that do not fit conventional expectations.
My work is direct, grounded, and deeply human. I bring curiosity, honesty, clinical experience, and a willingness to sit with complexity without reducing you or your family to a diagnosis, behavior, or problem that needs to be fixed.
Whether you have always felt different, are learning more about your neurodivergence, are supporting a child who experiences the world intensely, or are trying to build healthier relationships within a complex family system, you deserve a space where your experiences are taken seriously.
Neurodivergent-affirming counseling in Spokane begins with the understanding that autism, ADHD, sensitivity, intensity, and other differences in how people experience the world are not personal failures.
Therapy can help you understand patterns that developed around survival, belonging, masking, overwhelm, family expectations, and the pressure to perform. Together, we can explore what supports you, what exhausts you, what no longer fits, and what a more sustainable life might look like.
The goal is not to erase difference. It is to build self-understanding, emotional awareness, stronger boundaries, meaningful connection, and greater trust in your own experience. You can learn more about my work with autistic and ADHD people, children through Play Therapy, and people who have long felt like the black sheep.
