Who I work with:
- Children and adults with ADHD and Autism
- Individuals experiencing overwhelm and burnout
- People who are exploring their identity and authentic living
- Those who have never fit in
- Blended families – both the family as a whole and individuals in blended families
- Parents needing support with children
Offering neurodivergent-affirming therapy for ADHD and autistic adults and children and play therapy for parents wanting to support their children. My work is grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and respect for the natural functioning of your brain and nervous system. Whether you’re navigating overwhelm, identity exploration, burnout, or supporting your child, Orchid and Dandelion can be a place to find more clarity, support, and ease.
Much of the human experience brought into the therapeutic space does not exist in a vacuum. Our lives are shaped by the systems we live within and under. Worth is often defined by productivity, roles, identity, and what it means to be “well” in the world.
This is not about placing blame, but about creating understanding—so you can make choices that feel more aligned with who you are.
In our work together, we may explore:
- How systems like ableism and societal expectations impact your experience
- The pressure to mask, perform, or fit into environments that don’t align with you
- The ways family structures, including blended families, shape relationships and roles
- How to move toward ways of living that feel more sustainable and authentic
