SUPPORT THAT FITS HOW YOU EXPERIENCE THE WORLD
I offer support for autistic and ADHD people of all ages, including those who are exploring whether neurodivergence may be part of their experience.
You bring expertise about your own life. With your guidance, therapy is personalized around your experiences, needs, strengths, and what matters most to you.
WHAT SUPPORT CAN LOOK LIKE
- Understanding how your neurodivergent brain works
- Building somatic awareness and emotional regulation
- Recognizing and responding to overwhelm and burnout
- Exploring masking, unmasking, and what authenticity means for you
- Creating supportive, realistic, and sustainable systems designed around your needs
- Developing greater self-understanding, self-trust, and acceptance
- Identifying accommodations and boundaries that make everyday life more manageable
YOU DO NOT NEED A FORMAL DIAGNOSIS
A formal autism or ADHD diagnosis is not required to begin therapy.
You are welcome whether you have an established diagnosis, identify with neurodivergent experiences, are considering self-identification, or are simply trying to understand yourself more clearly.
You do not need to prove that your experiences are real or significant enough to deserve support.
